The São Paulo Public Force

One of brazil's struggle is it his divided army among state militias with different ideologies and internal rivalry. The São Paulo Public Force are mostly a state police force with some volunteers. They are command by State Governor who is very influenced by the rich industrial owners of São Paulo. The SP Public Force constantly clashs with the sindicalists and anarchysts uprisings.
